Updated concept direction and design development, including one refined base design with up to three rounds of iteration
Complete architectural construction drawings for one pilot or updated location, with coordination of required MEP and structural consultants (consultant services under separate contract)
Coordination of required approvals and permitting, including landlord, building, planning, and health department review, for the pilot or refreshed location
Competitive bidding process to select a general contractor
Construction administration support during the pilot or refreshed build
Updated rollout-ready design standards and documentation package to support future locations
