Prototype Alignment Package

Building the underlying system that turns your existing locations into a repeatable, scalable concept. All-in starting at $60,000.*

What’s included:

Multi-location review of existing units to identify variation, inconsistencies, and emergent patterns across built environments

Establishment of a refined base prototype that clarifies core spatial, material, and operational principles of the concept

Architectural framework drawings and specifications package defining the refined system for use across internal or external applications

Complete architectural construction drawings for one test store to validate the system in real-world conditions, with coordination of required MEP and structural consultants (consultant services under separate contract)

Coordination of required approvals and permitting including landlord, building, planning, and health department review, for the test location

Management of a competitive bidding process to select a general contractor for the beta store build

Oversight and support during construction to ensure the prototype system is executed accurately in the field

Post-occupancy evaluation and refinement of the prototype system based on real-world performance
