Establishment of a refined base prototype that clarifies core spatial, material, and operational principles of the concept

Architectural framework drawings and specifications package defining the refined system for use across internal or external applications

Complete construction drawings (including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural) for one test store to validate the system in real-world conditions

Coordination of required approvals (landlord, building, planning, health) for the test location

Management of a competitive bidding process to select a general contractor for the beta store build

Oversight and support during construction to ensure the prototype system is executed accurately in the field

Post-occupancy evaluation and refinement of the prototype system based on real-world performance
