Pressed Juicery Lafayette

Pressed Juicery’s first East Coast location came with the right address, the right rent—and a decidedly tricky footprint. The existing prototype simply wasn’t going to fit.

Rather than force the standard store into an awkward space, we worked with what was there, using a handful of design moves to create a location that could open quickly and economically, preserving capital for the stores that would follow.

The constraint ultimately became an asset. Lafayette felt unmistakably “Pressed Juicery” but it’s departure from the prototype gave it a more distinctive, almost flagship quality—proof that consistency doesn’t have to mean exact replication.
